This 1980s three storey terrace style house had the right amount of floor space and good access to northern light on one side but was seriously in need of a smarten up. We moved the kitchen from the lowest level up to the main street level and refashioned the lower level as a suite for adult children or guests to have some independence. We stripped a very ugly carport from the front to freshen and green up the approach.
