NEW DWELLING - 1998 | ALTERATIONS - 2019 | MOSMAN

This new family home was built on an unusual triangular block that had been subdivided off another property. This house keeps close to the back fence line to embrace a private forecourt that enjoys the northern light. The materials of face block, timber weatherboards, slate and copper reflect the Arts and Craft character of Mosman's early houses.

We were invited back to the house 20 years later by current owners to update the kitchen and bathrooms in a spirit consistent with the original house.
