An inner city warehouse renovation.

 

This was the second dwelling we designed for this particular client. She wanted to move from the family home, we had renovated years earlier on the Upper North Shore, and downsize to a completely different lifestyle close to the city.

 

The warehouse was already habitable, however we pulled it back to its original shell and then refitted internally to achieve a far more practical plan. The result is an environment which ensures you know you are living in the inner city and yet maintains the warmth of a home.
