An existing house was renovated in stages.

 

We have worked on this house over a number of years. Initially we renovated the Kitchen within the existing space. The next stage saw the compromised third Bedroom, and TV room under, extended to be more practical spaces and now open to an accessible rear garden. Lastly we built a forth Bedroom, Deck and Ensuite within the existing roof space. The Deck off this Attic has views of the harbour and was detailed to match the existing Balcony below.

 

What was a two and a half bedroom house, now is a generous four bedroom family home.
